Application For The Welcome Club Concert Hall
Please phone or email: www.thewelcomeclub@gmail.com to make an appointment to discuss and book the hall. Please apply as soon as possible because our Friday night groups are booked well in advance and cannot be cancelled.
We will need your membership number and preferred date(s)
Sorry but the hall is not available on Saturday nights
Please DO NOT make any arrangements until a confirmed booking has been made
A £50 fee is payable for all bookings A deposit of £250 is payable within 28 days of the booking being confirmed. This is returnable if the booking is fulfilled or cancelled one calendar month before the event. The Member booking the hall is responsible should any avoidable damage or mess be caused and the Club reserves the right to keep the deposit should this occur.
Buffets should be arranged with Claire Stokes.
Please do not leave uneaten food on the tables. Please do not bring in drink of any type.
We regret that prams, pushchairs and pets cannot be brought into the club due to insurance restrictions. Disabled wheelchairs are allowed.
